- Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC) - a voice for Canada's drilling and service rig contractors and one of Canada's oldest upstream petroleum industry associations. For 60 years, CAODC has been a place where member companies set aside competitive differences to cooperate on issues that encourage a safer, stronger and more efficient industry
- Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen - an organization focused on enhancing all facets of the land profession through: communication, education, technology, professional development and member services.
- Canadian Society of Unconventional Gas (CSUG) – a non-profit, industry funded association that advocates for the responsible development of Canada’s unconventional natural gas resource
- Enform - the safety association for Canada's upstream oil and gas industry. For almost 60 years, Enform has been proud to work with industry to build a safe, well-trained workforce. Our mandate is to develop safe work practices through a range of safety services and resources, including Industry Recommended Practices (IRPs), safety alerts and updates, COR certification and Petroleum Safety Conferences
- EUCI – a leading provider of in-person and online conferences, seminars, workshops, and courses designed exclusively for the energy industry
- Petroleum Human Resources Council of Canada - a national, not-for-profit, collaborative forum that addresses human resources issues within the petroleum industry. The council is supported by 11 oil and gas national and regional industry organizations, including one union, and represents the key sectors of the petroleum industry in Canada: exploration, development, production, service industries, pipeline transmission, gas processing and mining, extracting and upgrading heavy oil and bitumen
- Petroleum Industry Training Service (PITS) – is the training arm of the Canadian petroleum industry. Recognized internationally for consistently high quality training, PITS offers a wide variety of courses, correspondence programs, publications, consulting, customized training and other services related to petroleum technology, safety, environment and career development Nisku, AB (780) 955-7777
- Petroleum Services of Canada (PSAC) – national trade association representing the service, supply and manufacturing sectors within the upstream petroleum industry. PSAC represents a diverse range of over 250 member companies, employing more than 52,000 people and contracting almost exclusively to oil and gas exploration and production companies
- Petroleum Technology Alliance of Canada (PTAC) – a not-for-profit association that facilitates collaborative research and technology development to improve the financial, environmental and safety performance of the Canadian hydrocarbon energy industry Energy in southeast Alberta
