Southeast Alberta is the hub of innovation and advanced technology creating a steady growth in new industries, including alternative energy. The Economic Development Alliance of Southeast Alberta has created a Sustainable and Renewable Energy (SURE) directory to promote companies in or associated to industry. This centralized database includes businesses focused on wind, solar, geothermal, consulting and engineering.
